CohnReznick is a leading accounting and advisory firm, and its Affordable Housing Credit Study is a flagship annual publication drawing on data from more than 30,000 properties nationwide to examine how affordable housing continues to evolve amid shifting market conditions. I designed the 2026 edition of this long-form report, creating an elegant, flexible template that emphasizes visual pacing and a compelling narrative flow. I also created clear, engaging infographics. My design translates complex data and insights into an accessible, visually refined document that supports policymakers, portfolio managers, developers, and community leaders in making informed decisions with confidence.
